Notes
32.8 x 22.3 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, who established with the method of His religion the glued pillars of the Shari’a and strengthened with its rulings the branches of tolerant Hanafiism. Whoever follows it has followed the path of the believers, and whoever abstains from it has departed from the paths of those who consider it. Moisture has greatly affected the text. It has many corrections. It has explanations, footnotes, comments, and we quote from similar sources. It has many restrictions. It was met with the original. The titles and annotated text were written in red ink. The rest of the commentary is in black ink. Humidity and wetness affected the text greatly, and parts of it were lost as a result of the fraying of the papers, especially the last paper. The copy is full of explanations and footnotes, and it seems that it was a school copy. Copy: Muhammad bin Mansour Al-Atghami Al-Shafi’i. The end of the manuscript:...Naqee’a, which is a food that is prepared...as will be explained at the feast, God Almighty willing, and God Almighty I know... its author said... The first quarter was explained, praise be to the King... in the year 969 AH
