Notes	A complete copy, including parts two to four, where the second part ends on folio (177a), and the third part ends on folio (162b), written in black ink, and the word (saying) written in red ink, and the margins have comments and corrections in Moroccan script, and on the title page appears an ownership register that was deliberately obliterated and dated to the year 1254 AH, as well as an endowment register and stamped in the name of Muhammad al-Aziz al-Wazir, and he made his headquarters in Medina in that year. 1320 AH, and verses from the nazm by the above-mentioned copyist are attached to the end of the copy.

Metin Sonu (Explicit)	... قوله أخذا مما أخرجه إلخ ظاهره أنه راجع لقوله أول من قضى وليس كذلك بل حذف شيئا صرح به غيره وهو أن المختص بعلى القضاء في ما وقع بالفعل فلا ينافي أنه حصل منه صلى الله عليه وسلم الإخبار بحكمه من غير قضاء أخذا إلخ وهذا ما يسر الله وقدر ومنتهى ما قرر وحر قال المؤلف حفظه الله تعالى ولما وافق الكمال أوائل عام مائتين وألف رجوت الكريم المتين أن يكون من تجديد أمور الدين الوارد على رأس المئين وما ذلك على الله بعزيز تمت.
