At the end of it is a hearing from the owner of the copy, Abu Ishaq Ibrahim bin Saba’ bin Ibrahim bin Saba’ al-Walidi al-Marri, and a number of scholars, to the reader, Abdul Khaliq bin Saleh bin Ali bin Raydan al-Miski. This hearing is dated the night of Wednesday, the ninth of the month of Rabi’ al-Akhir, in the year 610 AH. This is ((Abdul Khaliq bin Saleh Al-Miski)) from whom the Salafi Hafiz heard, and he died in the year 614 AH [Al-Mushthab by Al-Dhahabi, p. 591], and ((Al-Miski)) with the mim followed by the neglected syen and then the kaf: in reference to a village called ((Miskah)), and this ratio is interpolated in some books to become ((Al-Makki)), so beware! In the copy there is another hearing from Abu Abbas Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Ali Al-Taymi, known as Ibn Al-Mulqi.
