The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who fulfilled the obligations of whom He pleased and divided the livelihood among His servants according to what He wanted and required. He made this one rich and this one poor without reaching his goal... And then the poor Hussein Al-Mahli Al-Shafi’i says, may God forgive his sins and cover his faults in both worlds, since bequeathing to relatives was one of the most important concerns and he intended it for the special. Humidity and soil did not affect the reading of the text, with the exception of pages 3 and 10, which have some corrections that were replaced with the original. The text was written in black ink, and some words, phrases, and warning lines in red ink. The manuscript leaves are disassembled. Copying: Mustafa bin Ibrahim bin Saad al-Din. The end of the manuscript: The maternal aunts have a share in a fifth, so they get a fifth, and the two sisters from the parents have a four in a fifth, so they get twenty for each one. And the two maternal sisters have two in five, so they have ten for each one of them, five, and this amount is enough for whoever contemplates it. May God make it sincere for His honorable face and open to whoever meets it with a healthy heart.
