Notes	Its earth, its moisture, and its wetness. The outer size is 29.4 x 17.5 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God for the reasons for His frequent blessings at all times and the permissibility of His blessings that are poured out at all times... Now then, the most important religious demands and the greatest certain landmarks on jurisprudence, laws and rulings illuminate the path leading to the abode of peace... He wrote the words (he said) and (I say), as well as the names of the chapters, and the lines above the phrases of the text, all in red ink, on the copy. Footnotes and comments, some of which were written between the lines of text. Some of its leaves were restored in a bad, traditional way.. Copied by: Muhammad Jan Ould Mulla Hotak Akhund Dur Shalkarah. End of the manuscript: Muhammad said, “What is the matter with the fish? There is no khums in it.” Abu Hanifa said, “Because, that is, because the fish is born from water, its ruling is the same as that of water, and there is no khums in the water.” The same applies to the fish, because it is not subject to oppression by anyone, nor is it khums in the water. God knows best what is right and to Him is the return and return.
