Notes A modern copy, truncated from the last, is part of a group. At the beginning of the group is a comprehensive index of the contents of the Book of Shamail, located on 33 pages, dated to the year 1248 AH. The copy was compared to the original from which it was copied and to another copy, as appears from the differences in the readings that the copyist recorded in the footnotes. The text was written in black ink, and the abbreviations of the phrases of modernization and the headings of the chapters were written in red ink, on a rough European-made kerchief in which parallel lines appear. The commercial watermark [three crescents of different sizes], contains a restriction on ownership and a restriction on an endowment. This is a copy of the restriction on ownership: ((The author of the book and number is Omar Agha Day Dawla in the year 1159)), and as for the endowment restriction on folio 2b, its picture is: ((The endowment of this book, Al-Mustabat Haj Sibghatullah Effendi Al-Mufti, and the condition of guardianship and use of his male children, generation after generation, and after their extinction, according to the scholars of Amad... and I am the one in need of him, glory be to Him.) Saad Allah Al-Mawla, a caliphate in the city of Amed ((and at the end of it is his seal that reads: ((Servant of the Sharia, Muhammad Saad Allah 1148)). The copy was severely wet, which greatly affected the text, especially on its first pages.
Yazı Tipi
Metin Sonu (Explicit) ((...
