Moisture and wetness at the end of the manuscript: Al-Sadr said: Al-Sadr said The martyr, may God have mercy on him, in the Book of Walls, in the chapter on connected trunks, said that today’s fatwa is based on analogy: if his house is demolished and is not built, and the neighbors are harmed by that, they have the right to force him to build if he is able to build. This is how it was mentioned in the Usurpation of Samarkand Fatwas, that the martyr al-Sadr, may God have mercy on him, Al-Mukhtar said that they do not have that, because what is meant is that he should not be forced to build his own property from Amadiyah. The book was completed, with the help of God, King Wahhab, in the middle of Shaban in the year 1035 AH. These fatwas are attributed by some authorities to Muhammad Askobi, who died in the year 1035 AH. Some sources attributed it to Pir Muhammad bin Abdullah al-Qastamuni al-Hanafi and al-Mufti Baskob (d. 1020 AH/1611 AD), including Idhāḥ al-Maknoun 2/155. The first page of its beginning is topped with drawings and floral shapes placed in gold water on a bright blue ground surrounded by bright red colored tables. The first and second pages were lined with gold water, and the rest of the pages were lined with red ink. It has many footnotes and comments.
