The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, who made his remembrance a treasure of the fortified fortress, and his prayers and peace be upon the master of creation, Muhammad, the illiterate prophet... And then, since the book of the fortified fortress is from the words of the master of the messengers, the likes of which I have never come across\|\|from the forerunners, and the glory of its counterpart’s composition over the one who followed his path from among the later ones... its pages are tabulated in red and blue ink within a group, this is the second and last letter from it. Minus the last one. The headings of paragraphs, sections, chapters, and some phrases were written in red ink. The names of hadith narrators are written in fine handwriting below or above each hadith. Separations between paragraphs and phrases are marked in red ink. On it are traces of earth and wetness and dampness. The end of the manuscript: O God, give us goodness in this world and goodness in the hereafter, and protect us from the torment of the Fire... Oh God, we ask you of the best of what your Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, asked of you, and you are the one who helps, and upon you is the conveyance.
