Included in the collection (73a - 80a), a complete copy, written in black ink, the warning lines in red ink, and the margins have comments and corrections. The title page bears a waqf entry for the students of knowledge in Medina, and the one who wrote it is called Othman Al-Shami. The leaves are disjointed and affected by moisture, and their edges are chipped.
