I could not find a translation of the author except that it mentioned that his sheikh, Ibrahim al-Laqani, who died (1041 AH). The author’s name was written in a way that raises confusion, as it may be read in more than one way (Al-Bantuli, Al-Batnouli, Al-Tabnuli, Al-Natabouli, Al-Nabatouli) and others.
