Notes
28.8 x 22.3 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: The poor servant says to his rich master... I praise you, O You who ease the reckoning of the one who throws himself into the sea of submission... And then these are restrictions on the book called Revealing Secrets on the Knowledge of the Letters of Dust attributed to Al-Qalasadi... I intended them to benefit those who used it... Wet and wet, I wrote the copy during the author’s lifetime... He wrote the word (his saying) in red ink. The copy is corrected and some of its corrections are in the author’s handwriting, and his handwriting is also on the cover of the copy with his stamp. Also on its cover is a reading that includes praise for the book, written by Hassan bin Ibrahim bin Hassan Al-Jabarti, who died in the year 1188 AH, and underneath it is another tribute written by Muhammad Al-Tawdi bin Al-Talib bin Sawda, who died in the year 1209 AH. End of the manuscript: This is the last thing we intended from these restrictions on this book, and I ask God that it benefits those who receive it with a sound heart just as its origin benefits those who consume it, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.. And it was completed on the blessed Saturday, the twenty-sixth of the month of Shaban, which is one of the months of the year one thousand one hundred and eighty-one of the Prophet’s Hijra in Al-Azhar..
