23.8 x 17.3 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, in every situation, and prayers and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and his family and companions, the best of companions and family, and may God be pleased with those who follow them in goodness... And after that, this is a good summary of the fatwas of our Sheikh... Sir, upon the Khawas... within a group of which this is the third message. The paragraph heads were written in red ink. The last of them stated that this copy was copied from a copy written by Suleiman bin Al-Hajj Omar bin Muhammad in the year 1041 AH from the copy written by Sheikh Abdul-Wahhab Al-Shaarani in the year 955 AH, and it was copied from the handwriting of Sheikh Afdal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi. The separators between the phrases are placed in red ink in the form of large, round dots. It has traces of wetness and dampness at the end of the manuscript: This is what the Lord revealed through the Lord’s tongue. Praise be to God always and forever. May God’s blessings be upon the Greatest Master, the Most High Light, and the Beloved Beloved... our Master Muhammad, and upon his family, companions, and those who follow them in goodness, Amen.
