Within this collection is the fourth letter of it. He wrote the title, paragraph and chapter headers in red ink. It has traces of wetness, moisture, and earth at the end of the manuscript: And after that, this is a treatise that includes an explanation of the conditions for teaching and learning the sciences, an enumeration of their types, and an explanation of their limits and well-known benefits. Praise be to God alone, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon those after whom there is no prophet.
