It was written to Sheikh Ahmed bin the late Muhammad al-Dumyati, the Shafi’i mufti in Mecca. Some of the papers are disassembled, and it is owned by the name Abdullah Shaybi in the year 1270 AH, and the author completed it in 1221 AH.
