Notes
A good and valuable copy, written during the author’s lifetime and transcribed by one of his students. It was copied from the handwriting of the scholar Burhan al-Din bin Khidr, written by an author in Jumada al-Awwal in the year 816 AH. At the beginning of it is an index of what is in the book, compiled by Qasim bin Qandil al-Shuqayri, dated 16 Jumada al-Thani 1126 AH, with corrections in its margins, with stamped out possessions. This copy was entered in the year 1240 AH in The treasury of Sheikh Othman bin Mansour Al-Tamimi, whose treasury contained valuables and pearls. He bought this copy from his estate, which was sold in Riyadh, Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Hassan in the year 1282 AH, after which it was transferred to the possession of his son, Sheikh Abdul Latif. It has traces of light moisture. Black ink was used for writing, and its binding is made of cardboard covered with red leather decorated with pressed decorations.
