It was affected by moisture that did not affect the text. It needs to be checked to confirm that it is by Al-Aqfahsi, and the origin of the book is Al-Baydawi’s Minhaj al-Usul Ilm al-Usul. Then Al-Asnawi came and added additions to it, and we have no explanation of the additions.
