The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, the Praiseworthy, the Glorious, the Counter, the Creator, the Resurrecter.. As for what follows, these are legal rulings and religious issues that are widespread in the study and fatwa, and are urgently needed in work and piety. I collected them from respected books such as Sharh al-Kabir. The end of the manuscript: The end of the manuscript: The origin of the usurped property is survival until suspicion prevails over its destruction. But if the usurper claims damage.. And if the owner says the value of the usurped is a thousand, and the usurper says five hundred, and the owner establishes proof.
