27.5 x 17.3 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who has established the rulings of the upright Sharia with His decisive Book... Now then, one of the established premises for those with insight and the liberating axioms for those with insight is that man’s honor in the two worlds... is only by beautifying the outward appearance with good religious deeds... The humidity and the earth did not affect the reading of the text. Corrections and interviews were presented in the original, and in another copy, titles were written. The chapters and warning lines that distinguished the text from the explanation are in black ink, and the leaves were separated from each other, so some of them fell, and the places where they fell were between folios 8-9, 24-25, 76-77, 160-161, and folios 191-201, written in a different script, and it seems that they were added to the manuscript at a late time. There is an index of the chapters at the beginning of the manuscript. The end of the manuscript: .. This is another. God Almighty has not graciously granted me the explanation of Gharar al-Ahkam, called Burr al-Ahkam, as He has enabled me to collect and edit it... and we would not have been able to do it had it not been for God’s help. The original purpose of these words is not to praise, but rather to comply with what is understood from the Almighty’s saying: (And as for the grace of your Lord, proclaim it.)
