Metin Sonu (Explicit)	وتخريج ما قاله الحسن أن يقسم الثلث أولاً بينهما نصفين لأن الإجازة في الثلث ساقطة العبرة ثم يقسم الثلثين فيقول أصلها من ثلاثة لحاجتنا إلى الثلث ثم يقسم الثلث بينهما نصفين لاستوائهما فيه فانكسر فأضعفه يكون ستة فصار الثلث سهمين بينهما.
