The title page appears with an ownership record in the name of Muhammad bin Ahmed bin Abdul Haq Al-Sunbati, in addition to the presence of a small, unclear stamp. In the right margin of the introduction page appears a stamp with the name of the bookcase of Sultan Abdul Majeed Khan, and another unclear stamp inside which reads the phrase “On the part of the Charitable Directorate of Mecca, 1271.” The leaves are affected by moisture.
