21.2 x 13.3 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God for His abundant blessings... After that, he asked me to compile a summary of him based on the doctrine of Imam Abu Hanifa... I named it the chosen one for the fatwa due to moisture and much use. More than a dozen pages fell from the end. The date 913 AH appears on folio 4a. It appears that a section of the manuscript is slightly older than this date and contains corrections. We say from similar books in different scripts that contain many explanations and comments in the footnotes at the end of the manuscript: ... the book of obligations... then its commandments are carried out, then the rest is divided among his heirs, and he is entitled to stoning, marriage, and loyalty... There are many restrictions on the footnotes in this manuscript.
