Notes
His land is 24.5 x 16.3 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, who is unique in establishing laws and rulings, the tyrant, by raising the parameters of what is permissible and what is forbidden. And after that, jurisprudence is a clear barrier between guidance and misguidance, and a straight line to know the magnitudes of deeds.. However, the compiled books in circulation and the written newspapers that deal with this art do not cure the sick person or relieve the afflicted person from them. The end of the manuscript: Abu Al-Layth mentioned in Al-Uyun a man who left his animal and took it. A person repaired it, then its owner came, and if he said, “When it is lost, I will make it for the one who took it,” the owner has no right to it. If he did not say that, he has the right to take it, and likewise regarding the one who sent him hunting. This is what some of our sheikhs mentioned, and if they differ, then the statement is the saying of its owner with his oath, such and such, in the circumference of al-Sarkhasi. The last part of the book ends. The pages are bound in red ink, except for the first two pages, which are bound in gold, and the first page is decorated with gold and ornate decoration. The titles of the chapters, chapters, and warning lines were written in red ink. The copy is corrected, with comments on its footnotes. On its cover is a possession by Muhammad Abi al-Fath al-Hanafi in the year 1157 AH, and at the beginning is an index of books and chapters.
