Notes	A modern copy in which Al-Ghamlas copied in his own handwriting texts from various books, such as Sakridan al-Sultan, a list of Al-Suyuti’s printed works, and medical books on treating wounds and opening abscesses, and a number of hadiths on prophetic medicine, on a number of types of Indian scripts in which the watermark appears in the Frankish letter, “Sheikh Ahmed Sheikh Daoud 1881,” and so on. The texts were written in it in dark watery tangy brown ink, and generally dull, and the copyist used pale red ink in the Writing the chapters, their titles, book names, authors’ names, etc.
