The margins have some comments and corrections, at the beginning of which is an index and at the end in a script different from the one in which the copy was written. The upper margin of the introduction page appears with a waqf entry and seals in the name of Muhammad al-Aziz al-Wazir, who made his headquarters in Medina, in the year 1320 AH, and the papers have traces of moisture.

Metin Sonu (Explicit)	... وذكر أبو نعيم رحمه الله عن أبي الزاهرية عن كعب الأحبار رضي الله عنه قال يمكث الناس بعد خروج يأجوج ومأجوج في الرخاء والخصب عشر سنين حتى أن الرجلين ليحملان الرمانة الواحدة بينهما ويحملان العنقود الواحد من العنب فيمكثون على ذلك عشر سنين ثم يبعث الله ريحاً طيبة فلا تدع مؤمناً إلا قبضت روحه ثم يبقى الناس بعد ذلك يتهارجون تهارج الحمر في المروج حتى يأتيهم أمر الله والساعة وهم على ذلك وهذا آخره على التمام والكمال.
