The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God, by whose grace a servant is praised, by whose guidance a servant is happy, and by his abandonment he is denied, so there is no argument against him for those who disobeyed him, and he has suspicions against those who guided him..... As for what follows, this is a message that includes the knowledge of Tajweed, its rules, rulings, and its four states, which are assimilation, declension, inversion, and concealment, and knowledge of the noon sakina and tanween, which the virtuous reader needs to know... I wrote the letter first. Incomplete, then I wrote a second one afterwards in full. The author's name is not mentioned. The pages are tabulated with a pencil-drawn border around the text. This thesis has a copy at Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud University, number: 2549. End of the manuscript: ...And if he doubts whether a letter is cut off or connected, let him read it with a connector. He has never composed it. The ink of the Qur’an is based on these five things.
