It is an incomplete copy, and parts of it have been eroded, damaging the text and disintegrating its leaves. The leaves are in poor condition, and the leaves are affected by humidity. It was written in black ink, and some of its words were written in red ink. Many of the pages are disassembled, and some of them have had a rudimentary restoration.
