The book “Mukhtasar al-Wikaya tәrҗemәse” is a translation and commentary of one of the classic works on Hanafi fiqh - “Mukhtasar al-Wikaya”. This work is a summary of a larger work, which includes rules of Islamic law relating to issues of worship, family relations, trade, criminal and inheritance law.
