The pentad of Imam Mufid ar-Rumi - one of the students of Imam Isam al-Milla wa ad-Din Ismail al-Qunavi, the author of the great commentary on tafsir al-Baydawi and important theological treatises - with useful comments on the poem "al-Nuniya" about the Hanafi-Maturidi creed, written by Qadi Khizar-Bek, one from the sheikhs of the conquering sultan [Mehmed Fatih]. This work is a development [of the poem], which makes it more suitable for memorization than the original. (The book contains internal disagreements [between ar-Rumi and Khizir Beg] on some issues, such as attributing the influence [of creating an action] to the ability of a slave, as well as the prevailing opinion that it is inadmissible to forgive disbelief from the point of view of reason/[Divine] wisdom, which is contrary to what the author of al-Nuniya stated)
