Notes	“Fiqh Qaidani”, author - Lutfallah Nasafi al-Fazil al-Qaidani. Written at the beginning XIV century There is no biographical information about the author. This work on Islamic law, along with the above-mentioned works, such as “Mukhtasar al-Wikaya”, “Fikhul-Akbar”, etc., was used until the beginning of the 20th century. as a teaching aid on Islamic law in the Ufa madrasah "Galia". The collection under study contains only commentaries on this work in the form of three collections of manuscripts containing two or one commentary each. The first collection was rewritten in 1265 (1853), the fifth and sixth parts of this collection are commentaries on the work “Fiqh Qaidani” [33, R-31]. Copyist - Ahmad ibn Akhtam, madrasah of Mullah Irfan ad-Din ibn Abd al-Salam. The second collection was rewritten in 1285 (1883), the first part of the collection is a commentary on this work [34, R-30], the copyist has not been identified. Third collection - 1258-1259. (1846-1847), the commentary on this work is the second part of the collection, the copyist is Mullah Abd-al Kadir [35, R-44].
