The book is a handwritten Mushaf made by calligrapher Sayyid Muhammad Mas'ood. It contains verses and suras from the Holy Quran selected by the author (al-Fatiha, verse al-Kursi, the last 2 verses of sura al-Baqarah, al-An'am, Yasin, ad-Dukhan, al-Fath, ar-Rahman, al-Waqi'a, al-Hadid, al-Hashr, al-Mulk, al-Insan, al-Mursalat and other surahs from 30 juz). The manuscript is written in Arabic in a traditional style and may be of interest to researchers of Islamic calligraphy, the history of handwritten Qurans and admirers of the art of rewriting the Book of Allah. |
