Muhammad-Zakir al-Chistavi, who was the imam-khatib in Chistopol and the leader of the Kamalia merese, dedicated his work “Tabsyra al-Murshidin” to the topic of Sufism. Imam Chistavi himself was a follower of the Naqshbandiyya tariqa, and his biography is set out in a number of Dagestan works. |
