Notes “The Cream of Aqida Nasafiya” is a brief summary of the main provisions of Islamic doctrine within the framework of the Maturidi school. The author of the treatise is the outstanding Islamic theologian and theologian Najm ad-din Abul-Hasan Ali al-Nasafi (d. 537 AH / 1142 AD). In his work, he systematized the key tenets of Sunni Islam, paying special attention to the issues of tawhid (monotheism), prophecy, attributes of Allah Almighty and the Day of Judgment. The book was widely used in Muslim educational institutions as a basis for the study of kalam (Islamic theology) and received many comments from later scholars.
