| Sample Text | Among the texts of the Qur'an and the Sunnah there are those which are of the general type (am) which is defined as meaning which is included in many categories (ajnas), types (anwa) and individuals (afrad). Most texts are of this nature. Other texts are special (has) and indicate only some categories, types and individuals. Accordingly, if there is no contradiction between the texts of general and special type, then each of them is considered independently. However, if some contradiction is assumed, then, to the detriment of the general, it is singled out and presented separately. Year of publication: 1537. |
