As for the interpretation of the Qur'an, then the way of interpreting God's speech is with the help of what is accepted as the opinion of Muhammad. The one who seeks this needs to highlight the acceptable versus the unacceptable. As for the judiciary, then the jurist needs to state as evidence the acceptable to exclude the following, something possible only with the help of the science of hadith." |
