| Sample Text | Zaydis, Zaydism is a Shiite school named after Zayd ibn Ali. Followers of Zaydi fiqh are called Zaydis (or often the five). However, there is also a group called zaidivasits who are duodecimal. Zaydis make up approximately 40-45% of Yemen's population. The Zaydis, the Duodecimals and the Ismailis recognize the same four first imams, but the Zaydis recognize Zayd ibn Ali as the fifth. After the time of Zayd ibn Ali, the Zaydis recognized that any descendant of Hasan ibn Ali or Husayn ibn Ali could be imam if he fulfilled certain conditions. |
