| Sample Text | Establishing the Sharia, passing laws, prescribing rules and regulations, and defining the system is a function for which Allah alone is competent. Anyone who dares to attribute these functions to someone other than Allah commits the sin of shirk, as it contradicts the belief in the oneness of Allah, tawheed. Allah has provided clear proofs and visible sources - testimonies that believers should have no problem finding their way to the details of his justice, or ahkam. By referring to some of these sources - testimonies, the Islamic mind agreed on its value and relationship with ahkam, and accepted them in this sense. However, there are differences compared to other sources - testimonies. |
