A complete Qur’an, the beginning of which is gilded and decorated, and its frame is gilded. The text is written in black ink, the pauses and vowel marks are in red, the verse breaks are a gilded circle, and the chapter dividers are a golden frame (leaving out many of the verse breaks). It has borders and sections in the footnote, and gilded and decorated flowers were placed in the footnote to indicate the parts. It has appendages in the footnote to some words that the writer overlooked. It was afflicted with light moisture.

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful... Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds... — ... from heaven and people... God Almighty has spoken the truth and conveyed the truth to His Noble Messenger... This Noble Qur’an was completed with God’s help... from the hand of Muhammad ibn Rasīl al-Laknawi, may God forgive him and his parents... on a Saturday in the afternoon before afternoon in... Rabi’ al-Akhir, and the writing of this Noble Qur’an began from the beginning of Dhul-Qa’dah and its end at the end of Rabi’ al-Akhir in the year one thousand two hundred and forty-nine. Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.
