This third part is an explanation of Jami’ al-Saghir, and those before it stood for the students of knowledge in Medina, and its headquarters is in Ribat al-Jabert, and its superintendent is Muhammad Ibn Sa`id al-Jabarti for the duration of his life, and then after him, whoever is a leader in the aforementioned Ribat, on the condition of eligibility, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and his family and companions in the year 1215.
