A complete Qur’an, the beginning and the end of which are gilded and decorated, and its frame is gilded. The text is written in black ink, the stop signs are in red, the verse dividers are a gilded circle, and the names of the surahs are inside a gilded frame, and they are marked with red tashbi’ and tahzab in the footnote, and the fragments in the footnote are inside a gilded and decorated flower, and it has a few footnotes in Turkish.

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful... Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds... - Surah An-Nas is Medinan, with six verses and verses... from heaven and people... Praise be to God for the completion, and may blessings and peace be upon the best of humanity and upon his family and honorable companions, and the completion of the editing of this noble Qur’an has occurred... It was written by the poor Sayyid Hasan Al-Ashiqi, one of the students of Sayyid Hafez Othman Al-Shawqi, in the month of Rabi’ al-Akhir in the year one hundred and thirty-nine of the Hijra, by one who has glory and honour.
