Praise be to God, the One who revives the people, the executor of the pen, the minister of the nations, and the keeper of the breeze... Al-Saghani said... As for what follows: I am one who rose to the ranks of honor and was embarrassed by the path of extravagance... I suffered in writing and arranging it, and struggled to categorize and refine it, and I named it: Mashariq Al-Anwar Al-Nabawiyah from the Sahih Al-Akhbar Al-Mustafawiyya. They agreed on it and preempted the correction to it... ... M Abdullah bin Al-Zubayr bin Al-Awwam, there is no god but God alone, with no partner, to Him belongs dominion and to Him is praise, and He is capable of all things... Q Ibn Omar, O God, at your command, you have no partner, at your command, praise and grace are yours, and dominion, you have no partner. He used to recite this talbiyah during his Hajj and Umrah.
