Corrected version. | Date of death of the copyist: (000 - 908 AH = 000 - 1502 AD). | The date of completion of the book's writing was confirmed from the Library of the Chief Writer, No. (194); It was stated in it: “The author, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said that his collection, Ahmad bin Ali, was completed... on the first day of Rajab Al-Farad in the year one hundred and eight forty-two, except for what he added to this booklet on the twelfth of Rajab of that year. He collected the introduction in the year thirteen and began explaining it in the beginning of the year seventeen, and praise be to God.”

His saying, Chapter on what is disliked in wailing over the dead, Al-Zayn bin Al-Munir said, “It is not connected, and to clarify the gender, the appreciation that is disliked from the type of crying is wailing, and what is meant by makrooh is the hatred of prohibition... ... Warning. The narration differed from Malik in that matter. The well-known is what was mentioned above, and that he declares disbelief in eating by giving the choice and in intercourse by feeding only, and he has the choice absolutely, and it was said that he takes into account the time of fertility and barrenness, and it was said that he considers the state of an unbeliever, and it was said otherwise. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, the third part of Fath al-Bari has been completed... and it is followed in the fourth part by his saying, Chapter on if he has intercourse during Ramadan.
