The volume is the seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth volume, continuing the previous volume with the number HACIMAHMUDEF438-2 | Date of death of the copyist: alive in the year 1014 AH. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

The volume begins at the end of the sixth part, the chapter on how much the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, conquered. ...and ends with the end of the tenth part and the completion of the book with the chapter on God’s saying: “And We set up just scales for the Day of Resurrection.”

عليْها خاتمٌ حَديثٌ بتملّك حاجي محْمود أفندي.#كتبَ بجوارِ حردِ المتنِ: وأنا الفقير ناسخ هذِه النُّسخةِ قابلتُها مرَّةً بعدَ مرَّةٍ أُخرى منَ النُّسخةِ الَّتي قوبِلتْ على التَّفصيلِ المشْروحِ في أوائِلِ شوّال المكرَّم لسنةِ تسعٍ وألفٍ وكانَ الكتابةُ والمقابلةُ في البلدةِ المباركةِ المعظَّمةِ مكَّة المكرَّمة المشرفة زادها الله تعالى شرفًا وتعظيمًا إلى يوم يحشر الأمم المختلفة وكتب الفقير إلى الله تعالى أبو بكر يوسف المقرئ عفا الله عنه والحمد لله رب العالمين وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وأصحابه أجمعين.
