Al-Aini followed him by saying that the words are corrupt, rather both translations are based on the sale of fruits. As for the first translation, it is to clarify the generality, and the second is to single out the palm tree with mention due to the predominance of this sale. Do you not see in the hadith that leads to his saying, “until it flourishes,” and glory is an attribute of the fruit, not an attribute of the palm tree, and that the sale of the palm tree seed does not need to be restricted to people of good deeds, for appreciation is a chapter on selling the fruit of the palm tree, and God knows best... ...the chapter on a small gift, and the Mahdi meant by it a small thing that he should not take or return. Because of its smallness, Muhammad bin Bashar, known as Bandar, told us, he said... on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he said, “If I were called to a cubit or a cubit, I would respond even if it were given to me as a gift.”
