It was mentioned that he should recite the fourth quarter, the beginning of which is the Book of Sacrifice, the internal headings and the beginnings of the chapters in red and black ink with a relatively large pen. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

After the Basmala, the virtues of Abdullah bin Masoud (may God be pleased with him). Hafs bin Omar told us. Shu’bah told us on the authority of Suleiman... ... “Lawful and good, and give thanks for the blessings of God if it is Him you worship. He has only forbidden to you dead animals, blood, and the flesh of swine, and what has been dedicated to other than God. But whoever is compelled, not desiring or transgressing, then God is Forgiving and Merciful.” This is the third quarter of Sahih Al-Bukhari.
