I wrote a naskh script.# I wrote some words in red and blue.# I wrote the headings of the poverty and framed the leaves in gold.# At the beginning is an introductory plate decorated with gold and colors.# Gilded decorations on the cover and the tongue. | The date of completion of the book's writing was confirmed from the Library of the Chief Writer, No. (194); It was stated in it: “The author, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said that his collection, Ahmad bin Ali, was completed... on the first day of Rajab Al-Farad in the year one hundred and eight forty-two, except for what he added to this booklet on the twelfth of Rajab of that year. He collected the introduction in the year thirteen and began explaining it in the beginning of the year seventeen, and praise be to God.”

Praise be to God who explained the issuances of the people of Islam with guidance... Now it is time to begin what I intended of explaining Al-Jami’ Al-Sahih, as I promised at the beginning of the introduction... and I called it Fath Al-Bari bi Sharh Al-Bukhari... ...... The commentators include twenty-seven hadiths, and all of them are in the hands of Muslim except for Balagh al-Zuhri, and it contains traces from the Companions, and eleven traces after them. God knows best what is right.
