Praise be to God, the One who revives the rains, the swipe of the pen, the scatterer of nations, the Creator of the breeze so that they worship Him and do not associate others with Him, the Savior of the signs, the Creator of dawn, the Creator of souls, and the One who raises ghosts... As for what follows, ever since I graduated to the ranks of nobility and graduated from the pursuits of extravagance... I called it the Rising Lights from the Sahih Al-Akhbar Al-Mustafa... Blessing is yours, and dominion is yours. You have no partner. He used to recite this talbiyah during his Hajj and Umrah. Anas, may God Almighty be pleased with him, Labayk Umrah and Hajj. The book was translated with Mashariq Al-Anwar Al-Nabawiyah from the Sahih Al-Akhbar Al-Mustafa.
