The copy is the second part of a ten-part division. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH. | “From the chapter on reading in the West to the chapter on doing good things three times with clothing.”

Chapter on reading in the West Abdullah bin Yusuf told us... that Umm al-Fadl heard him reading while the mursalat were drowning and said, “O my son, by God, you have reminded me of your reciting this Surah. It is the last thing I heard from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in Morocco... ...Chapter on doing one’s appearance three times with clothes... He said to Omar, may God be pleased with him, show me the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, when he is inspired. He said, while the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was in al-Jirana, and a group of his companions came to him, and he said, Messenger of God, how do you see a man who entered ihram for Umrah while he was smeared with perfume and remained silent... The second part of the ten parts of Sahih Al-Bukhari has been completed... The beginning of the third part is followed by the chapter on perfume during ihram...
