The chapters were written in red, the beginning of which was his land, on five leaves The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

Chapter: How was the beginning of the revelation to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the saying of God Almighty, “Indeed, we revealed to you as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him.” Verse etc. ... Manaqib Salim, the client of Abu Hudhayfah, may God be pleased with her, narrated to us Suleiman bin Harb, his people said, on the authority of Amr bin Murrah, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Masruq, he said, Abdullah was mentioned in the presence of Abdullah bin Omar, and he said, “That is a man who I am still alive after I heard the Messenger of God... And this is the end of the first part, with Praise be to God.”
