Praise be to God... He said... Al-Saghani, may God restore his resting place. Praise be to God, the reviver of sorrows, the flower of the pen, the creator of the breeze, and the scatterer of nations so that they may worship Him and not associate others with Him. The poor servant, Muhammad bin Mahmoud bin Ahmad, may God forgive him and his parents, said, “Lam” is for definition, and defining “Lam” is to distinguish what was intended from his income from other things, so if what is intended is the truth.... And the hadith of Anas, may God be pleased with him, is carried at the end, and in the sentence it contains an indication that the Qur’an is better, the one who is worthy of his rank, may God bless him and grant him peace, to rise from the lowest to the highest, not to descend from the highest to the lowest, and God knows best... Done.
