Corrected version; The title page reads: “The number of papers... edited by the poor Muhammad bin Ali Al-Fanari, and he confirmed the authenticity of the numbered number by Mustafa bin Lutfullah.” The first page of the copy differed from the rest of the papers in the type of paper and font used. Its handwriting is similar to the handwriting of the comments in the margin of folio 167b and beyond, so perhaps the author of those comments completed it from another copy. | The last dictation by Imam al-Bukhari for his Sahih was in Bukhara in the year 252 AH, and the dictation before that was in February in the year 248 AH. Since his last dictation is considered a final highlight of the book, we have adopted it as the year of his writing, and some researchers have indicated that the year of his writing of the book is the year 232 AH.

Chapter: How was the beginning of the revelation to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his saying: {Indeed, We have revealed to you just as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him} ... Chapter: The person in seclusion enters his head into the house for washing... On the authority of Aisha - who was breastfed - “She used to have the feet of the Prophet - bald - while she was menstruating, while he was in seclusion in the mosque, and she was in her room, giving her his head.” The end of the first part of Al-Jami’ Al-Sahih from the hadith of the Messenger of God... followed by the Book of Sales. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.
